This project is a system of interconnected houses with rear courtyards. Since there was no particular ground area, the main task of the
design become a creation of flexible modular system, in which basic unit is one house with attached front and rear yards. There are four
type of the houses – 90 sq.m., 120 sq.m., 150 sq.m., 180 sq.m. In horizontal projection any of these houses occupy plot of 12x12 m. 

Quarter of this area allotted for for the front courtyard with a parking lot. Rear courtyard adjoin to the house also has dimensions of 12x12
m. 90 sq.m. area house is the basic unit of whole system. Following houses formed by addition of 6x6 m. units on second floor, with, or
without changing of inner panning. Thus, due to the regular grid and unification of the units, townhouses are easy to fold to visually solid
volume; system allows creation of numerous configurations of the buildings almost on any plot.
